Merry Christmas!

giftMerry Christmas From All Of Us At Spence HVAC,

We wanted to remind everyone that we are offering $10.00 any service call to customers that mention our newsletter or Facebook page.

With Spence' ongoing mission to help save everyone money on your energy bill we wanted to take this opportunity to explain,

Why is SEER Factor Important?

If your current air conditioner is more than 10 years old, it could have a SEER factor rating as low as 8.00. Compare the annual cooling bill of system with an 8.00 SEER rating to that of a new system with a higher SEER such as Lennox's 13.00, 14.00 or 18.00. If your annual cooling bill is $1000 with a SEER rated system of 8.00, your cost could be reduced to $444 annually with a system of 18.00. That equates to an annual saving of 66%, which certainly makes fiscal sense.
Potential Energy savings may vary depending on your personal lifestyle, system settings, equipment maintenance, local climate, actual construction and installation of equipment and duct system.

The Right Size Home Comfort System

When purchasing a home comfort system, determining the right size is crucial. For example, an air conditioner that is too large will cool your home quickly but you still may not feel comfortable. It will satisfy the thermostat before it can adequately remove sufficient moisture from the air. As you might expect, a system that is too small simply cannot meet the needs of your home. Spence HVAC, as your local Premier Lennox® dealer can help you determine the right size for your home comfort needs. Ask us to assess your home for sq. footage, and air flow patterns to correctly determine the size system you require. We will measure the windows, check the insulation, ductwork, and building materials, all of which directly affect system size. We can then provide you with the information necessary to make an informed purchase.

Our Support of Samaritan's Purse

Steve and Libby Spence are pleased to have been able to send 52 boxes to http://www.samaritanspurse.org. We want to thank everyone who helped and contributed to this noble cause that will help so many worldwide.
Samaritan's Purses' emergency relief programs provide desperately needed assistance to victims of natural disaster, war, disease, and famine. They offer food, water, and temporary shelter; we meet critical needs and give people a chance to rebuild their lives.
Their community development and vocational programs in impoverished villages and neighborhoods help people break the cycle of poverty and give them hope for a better tomorrow.
They also impact the lives of vulnerable children through educational, feeding, clothing, and shelter programs that let them know they are not forgotten. They also provide first-class treatment in the Name of the Great Physician through medical projects, by supplying mission hospitals with much needed equipment and supplies.
As their teams work in crisis areas of the world, people often ask, "Why did you come?" The answer is always the same: "We have come to help you in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ." Our ministry is all about Jesus—first, last, and always. As the Apostle Paul said, "For we do not preach ourselves, but Jesus Christ as Lord, and ourselves as your servants for Jesus' sake" (2 Corinthians 4:5, NIV).
We are proud to support such a wonderful Christian based organization and invite you to learn more about their work, and contribution to humanity.

Merry Christmas, and Happy New Year to all
